ANY violation may result in immediate removal and legal action.
5. Rights Granted by Users
By submitting UGC, Users grant:
971 International s.r.o.
a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to:
- Use
- Reproduce
- Publish
- Translate
- Modify
- Distribute
- Display
- Create derivative works
This license is irrevocable.
6. Our Rights to Remove Content
We may remove or modify ANY UGC at ANY time without:
- Notice
- Explanation
- Permission
- Appeal rights
We may also:
- Ban users
- Block IP addresses
- Disable accounts
- Report content to authorities
Our decisions are final and non-negotiable.
7. No Liability for User Content
We are not liable for:
- User-submitted content
- Accuracy of UGC
- Damage caused by UGC
- Third-party misuse of UGC
- Any legal claims arising from UGC
Users hold 971 International s.r.o. harmless from all disputes.
